Final Sale Items
In order to maintain quality and hygiene standards, some items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Final Sale Items Include: panties, thongs, shapewear, swimwear, sale items, special offers, special orders, hosiery and adhesive products. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items. Please choose your size carefully when ordering these products and reference our Bra Sizing Guide with any questions that you may have. We also offer Fitting Assistance toll free at (800) 842-3990 M-F, 10-6PM.
SPECIAL ORDER is any merchandise that is pre-ordered for a season and not yet available from the designer, or any seasonal merchandise not stocked in the store, but available for purchase from the designer. It is our pleasure to provide our customers with the opportunity to place a special order if there is an item we are do not currently have in stock. Stock availability is subject to change with the designer and Prima Donna is routinely updating the sites seasonally offered merchandise. Once we receive your special order item, stock availability will be confirmed with the designer and your credit card will be charged for those items. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation of your special order items and their approximate ship date.
Ordering in Quantities
If you have placed an order for 4 or more items with the same style number or size, we kindly request that you confirm your size with a bra fit specialist, as we will only accept up to 3 items to be returned with the same style or size combination.
It is important to note that many of our items are imported products from international companies which sometimes require several weeks to receive.
Approximate shipping times are as follows: (see more shipping details)
7-14 days: In stock items (non-Special Order)
2-4 weeks: Special orders (most brands)
4-6 weeks: Bedhead and Chantelle

* Special Order items may take 2-6 weeks and typically are not eligible for next-day delivery or 2-3 day shipments options. Your special ordered item(s) are shipped by Standard Ground the moment they are received from the manufacturer. You will be notified by email when it arrives and ships.
All Special Orders are Final Sale and Non-Refundable!
Within 24 hours of purchase, an order may be cancelled and a full refund issued. If this 24 hour period occurs during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), then all cancellation requests will be handled on the following Monday with no penalty to the customer. However, beyond 24 hours of purchase, orders are not eligible for cancellation; the ordered item(s) will be processed, charged, packed, and shipped. After shipment, cancellation of an order falls under the stipulations of our returns and exchanges policy. To best serve you, all cancellation requests must be submitted via email to email@example.com for documentation purposes.
